All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is owned by Crafted for Christ and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days.

Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

Customers must ensure their shipping details are correct before placing an order. Crafted for Christ is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

In case of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their orders but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Customers may refund or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for an refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Crafted for Christ is not liable for allergic reactions, improper product use, or damages caused by external factors.

5. Product Disclaimer & Tarnishing

925 Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and body oils. This is normal and can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.

Tarnishing or colour changes do not indicate a defect.

Factors that may accelerate tarnishing include:

  • Contact with perfumes, lotions, sweat, or chemicals

  • Wearing jewellery in the shower, pools, or during exercise

  • Exposure to high humidity or pollution

Copper-based jewellery (if applicable) may develop a greenish patina over time — this is a natural oxidation process.

Crafted for Christ is not responsible for tarnishing, discoloration, or changes in appearance after purchase. Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance.

6. Payment & Security

We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, and other approved methods.

Customer payment details are not stored by Crafted for Christ.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect transactions but are not liable for third-party breaches.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crafted for Christ is not responsible for indirect damages, including lost shipments, courier delays, or allergic reactions.

We do not guarantee the product lifespan, as it depends on individual use and care.

Customers agree to purchase and use our products at their own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law.

Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in South Africa.
